Kaitlin McClure, DDS, is an experienced orthodontist with her own private practice – Kaitlin McClure Orthodontics – serving people ages 6 and up in Arcadia, California.
Dr. Kaitlin McClure began her professional pursuits at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where she earned her Bachelor of Science in biology. Following graduation, Dr. McClure enrolled at the University of Southern California’s Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry. She excelled in the program, graduating at the top of her class of over 100 students and earning many accolades and awards along the way. She dedicated much of her time during dental school to volunteer work and served communities spanning from Southern and Central California to Nicaragua and Cambodia, delivering dental care in these underserved communities.
For her orthodontic residency, Dr. McClure continued her education at USC, one of the top programs in the country. She is proud to have completed the entirety of her dental and orthodontic education at USC and to be part of the Trojan Family.
As an orthodontist, Dr. McClure is passionate about serving the needs of her patients while ensuring a fun, safe, and comfortable environment. Growing up, Dr. McClure underwent two rounds of orthodontic treatment, as well as orthognathic surgery, so she understands what her patients are going through. This personal experience allows her to take an empathetic approach to treatment and results in positive outcomes.
Dr. McClure takes the time to get to know each individual in her care. She listens to their concerns and goals and develops custom care plans that result in beautiful, healthy smiles.
Dr. McClure has extensive training in all aspects of orthodontics, including Phase I and Phase II treatment, surgical orthodontics, multidisciplinary treatment, retainers, and more. She believes in lifelong learning and participates in continuous education courses to ensure she’s up-to-date on the latest literature and advancements in her field.
Outside the office, Dr. McClure enjoys spending time with friends and family and hosting and cooking for them. Her latest hobby is creating beautiful spreads and charcuterie boards for all to enjoy. She’s an avid traveler and has been to various international destinations, some of her favorites including Panama, Spain, and Greece. Dr. McClure loves spending time near the water and enjoys related activities like boating and scuba diving.
Dr. McClure is a La Verne native and is excited to plant her practice’s roots in a community that is so close to her heart. She welcomes anyone looking to improve their smile and confidence to Kaitlin McClure Orthodontics.
